Patersons Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

—Industry Veteran to Manage Global Finance, Legal Affairs for Growing Global Payroll Provider—
RALEIGH, N.C. and SALISBURY, U.K. (January 5, 2011) – Patersons, a leading provider of integrated global payroll services delivering expert solutions to clients in more than 160 countries, today announced the addition of Vic Laville to the Patersons executive team. Laville will serve as Chief Financial Officer for Patersons, responsible for leading the global Finance Organisation and overseeing legal affairs for Patersons.

Throughout his career, Laville has worked in the telecommunications sector, including serving as European Commercial Director for World Access Europe. Prior to that, he was EMEA Finance Director for Long Distance Europe, and he also led the European finance and legal functions at software vendors Wall Data and IRI. During his eight years at Oracle, Laville led the internationalisation of Oracle’s business during a high-growth period, managing finance and operational groups around the world. Laville began his career in the technology industry with Andersen Consulting. He earned a BSc degree with honours in maths, operations research, statistics and economics from the University of Warwick.
