Everest Group Names CloudPay a Major Contender in Multi-Country Payroll Outsourcing

In Everest’s inaugural MCPO Service Provider Landscape and Capability Assessment report, CloudPay received high ratings for its overall delivery capability and strong market success.

In conducting research for the report, Everest Group analyzed 10 service providers in the rapidly growing MCPO market and measured the scale, scope, technology capability and delivery footprint of each company. Everest Group also tracked each provider’s major MCPO clients and recent wins, overall MCPO revenue, pay-slips processed and buyer employees served. Overall, CloudPay was found to be a Major Contender in the MCPO field.

CloudPay’s strong performance in the Everest Group PEAK Matrix is due to its high scores in each area measured. For example, the company was noted for its high revenue and large number of clients served, a solid amount of active contracts and its good full-time employee strength. CloudPay also stood out among the other service providers evaluated in the report for covering the highest number of countries, with a presence across all four geographies. Moreover, the company received a high rating for its ability to support all technology models and was recognized as one of a few select providers offering a proprietary single-platform model.
