“It even gets a little bit higher when you look at organizations outside of North America,” Stacey explains in the episode. “When we look at organizations that are focused primarily just in Europe, that number jumps almost to 20%.
“This is a very sensitive topic and something that often gets misunderstood. What we’re finding is that as organizations go through HR transformation efforts, they do reduce the amount of administrative work that goes on in their HR technology environment… It’s not always that they’re reducing staff overall. What we’re finding is that they’re shifting staff into more strategic roles.”
