Leading global payroll provider CloudPay ends year with several awards, strategic partnerships and its highest number of multinational customers.
NEW YORK and LONDON – Dec. 15, 2016 – CloudPay, a leading provider of managed global payroll services to multinational organizations, is completing one of the most notable years of its two-decade business history. Over the course of 2016, CloudPay has achieved unprecedented advancement and outcomes across many areas of its multinational operation.
Spearheaded by a new executive team, CloudPay’s success has resulted from an enterprise-wide commitment to providing a superior solution for managed global payroll backed by industry-leading technology and exceptional customer care. To close out an award-winning, high-impact year, CloudPay is pleased to share some of the 2016 achievements in three focus areas: product innovation; strategic relationships; and business advancement.
Product Innovation: Throughout its twenty-year history, the company has invested heavily in using best-in-class product development to modernize payroll delivery and equip multinational organizations with an innovative, end-to-end solution for global payroll. Based on strategic collaboration between CloudPay’s Customer Advisory Board and product development team, 2016 saw some exciting changes to CloudPay’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution. Among these changes were the release of several proprietary tools: CloudPay Analytics, CloudPay Calendar, and Data Validation.
Strategic Relationships: Over the course of 2016, CloudPay announced several formal partnerships and alliances with leading companies within the HCM space. By partnering with Ramco Solutions, CloudPay will be able to integrate new payroll engines into its core platform. Through a new alliance with OneSource Virtual (OSV), CloudPay and OSV are able to offer customers a holistic Global Workforce and Payroll Administration service for efficient, integrated global HR and Payroll.
Business Advancement: 2016 also saw the opening of CloudPay’s New York City office, which is now the company’s tenth business location. As a result of CloudPay’s continued investment in business development – including the addition of key sales and marketing personnel in 2016 – the company saw significant business growth in 2016: CloudPay now has a record number of multinational organizations in its customer base and is processing payroll for its highest global employee headcount to-date.
CloudPay’s efforts in building a truly integrated solution to global payroll were recognition by highly respected analyst firms and awards programs. CloudPay was named an ‘Achiever’ in the Everest Group's 2016 Multi-country Payroll Platform (MCPP) Assessment and a ‘Leader’ in each of the four categories of Nelson Hall’s Vendor Evaluation & Assessment Tool (NEAT) for Payroll Services. CloudPay also won the prestigious ‘Payroll Software Product of the Year’ honors at the 2016 Payroll World Awards, and its transformation of Visa Inc.’s global payroll operations was named the ‘Global Payroll Transformation Project’ of 2016 by the Global Payroll Awards.
“2016 has been an extraordinary year for CloudPay, and by extension for our customers,” said Paul Bartlett, CloudPay CEO. “Across our entire business, CloudPay is committed to providing strategic value to our multinational customers while helping them earn meaningful improvements in payroll efficiency, productivity, and data quality.
