Our fast growing team in UK are looking for an experienced UK and Irish Payroll Specialist owner who can bring their own unique energy and enthusiasm to work with multi-national companies. Acting in both Payroll processing and Implementation capacity, the role will ensure the accuracy of data and process payrolls in accordance with all established statutory requirements and internal processes.

Attributes and Experience Required:
  • With at least 3 to 5 years experience in UK Payroll, preferably with bureau experience
  • Excellent time management, administration skills and attention to detail
  • Responsible for prioritising client’s payroll and delivering payrolls as required
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines
  • Team player with ability to share information and interact positively with others
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Assertive action and decision-making skills
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn and develop own effectiveness
  • Self-motivated, tenacious and resilient

Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
  • Processing multiple UK and Irish payrolls on behalf of clients accurately, on time and efficiently
  • Provide support to clients on all payroll related matters to ensure the highest level of service, including acting as a back-up covering for holidays or emergencies
  • Assist project teams with the implementation of new UK and Irish, ensuring correct information is captured, payroll system configured, parallel processing into a live payroll run to pay employees
  • Review payroll performance and ensure continuous improvement, schedule client calls where necessary
  • Support the Software Release process by validating that new features have been accurately developed and are compliant with legislation
  • Prepare reports, tax filings, correspondence and other written materials for compliance with statutory UK and Irish authorities
