Our fast growing team in US is looking for an experienced Payments Solutions Consultant key role to stimulate interest and opportunities with our clients, which should lead to a successful sale. Applicants should be results driven. Consultants must have the ability to communicate at all levels of the business, from users and up to the C-Suite. The Consultants role is that of a trusted expert, employed to project the payments services offered by us.

Attributes and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any Finance or HR related courses
  • With at least 3 to 5 years experience with payments in different countries (AMER region)
  • With at least 3 years o experience of field sales/support experience
  • Experience in implementation of SAAS / Payroll / Treasury advantageous
  • Ability to deliver high quality product presentations to diverse audiences
  • Prepared to travel extensively
  • Comfortable with the use of all "standard" Microsoft products
  • Can clearly articulate benefits of products and services and tailor these benefits to individual client requirements
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met
  • Preferably with knowledge of the financial workings of Local Government and the payments industry as a whole
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
  • Meet with clients (existing and potential), understand their business processes and requirements, and identify opportunities for the sale of payments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, to create and present sales proposals (which are based upon your initial client interaction)
  • Eloquent and well versed in presenting, and demonstrating technical solutions to a range of users (technical and non) - in both the public and private sectors
  • Maintaining CRM and/or other sales management tools in line with corporate policies, providing regular reports to sales management as required
  • Provide feedback and insights from both clients and the marketplace with regard to features and functionality that are required
  • Working under the guidance of the Senior VP of Sales/Payments on strategic, complex sales opportunities
  • Help build business cases using financial models and being able to present a fiscal framework for representing our payments solutions.
  • Representing our payments business at clients premises, trade shows, industry events, conferences and seminars as required - specifically ensuring we are highly visible in all the of relevant industry bodies
  • Being the subject matter expert for all payments (globally). Providing training, internally and externally
  • Work with the payments team and leadership to monitor opportunities for up selling and cross-selling to existing customers
  • Creation and maintenance of presentation material, including PowerPoint presentations, demos, etc and ensuring that they are kept up to date and "fresh"
  • Adhere to expectations with respect to the use of CRM and other data management system, ensuring company information, contact data and notes from meetings are accurately recorded and the interests and potential business requirements are accurately documented
