Attributes and Experience Required:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to write clear, concise and professional emails and reports
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google products
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated capacity to work well under pressure with attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and tools
  • Experience as a learning management system (LMS) administrator
  • Familiarity with video conferencing software and project management tools
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
  • Scheduling and organising training sessions, ensuring trainers and participants have the complete session details
  • Gathering and reporting training data, e.g. evaluation scores, attendance
  • Issuing certificates to successful participants
  • Keeping project management boards up-to-date
  • Functioning as an administrator of our LMS, e.g. update content, manage users and communities
