To Implement internal and external projects by leading a group of project managers, process specialists and Business analysts to ensure the continuous improvement of the project delivery in CloudPay and also realize the incubation and/or onboarding of any new service or Product into the Implementation Organization.

Attributes and Experience Required:

  • Global Project Manager experience, including end-to-end project experience of customers with various service solutions in scope
  • Experience in strategic reporting and presenting to larger teams
  • Extensive experience in implementing or serving Payroll/HR related projects
  • Experience on process improvements practices such: lean management, Six Sigma, Kaizen, …
  • Experience on strategic planning and thinking
  • International Business experience preferred
  • Previous team management experience is a must
  • Knowledge of HR products and onboarding
  • continuous improvement experience or knowledge

  • COO SMB Segment (overall market responsible)
  • Internal Audit (improvement of processes & procedures)
  • Service Partner Team (partner relationships and improvement programs)
  • Implementation teams (client implementations)

Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Quality and Deployment support – Manage relationship with product teams to ensure implementation is involved on the design phase of solutioning, prepare adoption, training and deployment of new functionalities across the implementation team and the in-country expert teams
  • Process Improvement - Develop improvement practices and push for product and processes enhancements to increase implementation productivity and efficiency on CloudPay side, in-country expert processes and customer experience during the implementation process
  • Service Partner Support – Manage relationship and improvement programs across all in-country experts (including in-house teams) in order to become more cost effective and ensure our in-country experts are a truly extension of CloudPay in every country
  • Implementation Incubator – Develop a start-up incubator concept for the adoption of new implementation practices, processes and businesses. Develop the processes, practices and maturity for the new project to be integrated within the implementation function
  • Represent innovation within the implementation leadership, share best practices with all CloudPay areas. Support business development efforts by providing sales consultants with the greatest of CloudPay implementation practices
