The Service Partner Support Specialist is a new role within CloudPay's Supplier Relationships team, offering an exciting opportunity to support ongoing business growth through the effective handling, tracking and response to inbound enquiries from both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

The Service Partner (SP) Support Specialist will join an established team and assume responsibility for the effective management of inbound enquires.

Attributes and Experience Required:
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally with some exposure to international contacts
  • Able to work on own initiative and to meet agreed deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken form
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and similar business systems
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
  • Effective logging and tracking of support requests from internal teams (primarily Sales, Implementation, Operations and legal/commercial) and our global network of Service Partners (suppliers)
  • Assignment of enquiries to the appropriate team or individuals; ensuring the timely response to enquiries
  • Prime point of contact between Sales and the Supplier Relationships team, including maintenance of our database of standard customer enquiry responses and handling of ad-hoc pricing requests
  • Maintenance of key documentation including supplier database and contact records
  • Collecting and enabling access to supplier information and knowledge base
  • Production of order and contract documentation and ad-hoc communications as required
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement and automation
