CloudPay is seeking a Senior HR Administrator based in the Philippines to provide administration support on local and regional HR practices, procedures and programs. The Senior HR Administrator will work closely with the HR Business Partner to ensure that the business is fully supported in its HR related activities.  The successful incumbent needs to be capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment and with tight deadlines.

Attributes and Experience Required:

  • Degree in HR or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing HR generalist support
  • Broad knowledge of human resources functions, key drivers, challenges, processes from hiring to firing/separation
  • Good knowledge of employment/labour laws including but not limited to those related to compensation & benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, etc.)
  • Capacity to understand people issues impacting the business and how the business can create value; substantial business acumen
  • Ability to interview potential candidates, asking appropriate questions while evaluating responses
  • Aptitude in problem-solving and good data analysis skills
  • People person with excellent communication skills
  • Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Excellent Microsoft Office applications in general (particularly Word, Powerpoint and Excel), with proven ability to learn new technologies
  • Flexible and able to work effectively in high pressure environment
  • High level of confidentiality experience


Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities Will Include:

Data Management and Reporting

  • Manage administrative processes for joiners, leavers and other contract amendments to ensure all employee information and reporting is accurately and securely provided
  • Maintain and update accurate data in all HR and Payroll Systems with care, sensitivity and utmost confidentiality

HR Operations

  • Administer payroll, government-mandated and company-initiated benefits program in the Philippines with a consistent and standardized approach
  • Execute key HR processes such as onboarding and offboarding (i.e conduct new hire orientations and exit interviews) in adherence to company’s operational excellence standards
  • Work closely with the internal Finance Department, Payroll and Benefits Providers on data and process execution and data governance
  • Provide day-to-day support to employees in various HR-related topics such as attendance reporting, holiday/sickness leave processes, compensation and benefits and resolve any issues that may arise and effectively escalate to HR Business Partner as necessary

Engagement and Projects

  • Initiate and support company-wide events and engagement activities that will promote healthy culture and high performance
  • Active use of HR engagement data to identify and understand alignment of people and business priorities as well as identify where change/improvement can bring benefit to HR, business and people
  • Support ad-hoc projects and global initiatives as required
