Position summary

Responsible for supporting the New Business Sales Operations Manager enabling high levels of service delivery with our internal and external customers. Provide operational support with the below tasks to drive reduced cycles in contract preparation, negotiation and closing activities.

Essential Duties and responsibilities

  • Assist with producing new business contract packs
  • Assist with meeting minutes & follow up actions
  • Responsible for new business document management & filing
  • Forecast hygiene & proactive sales engagement encouraging best practice adoption of data quality
  • Updating of sales opportunities outlining Sales Operations interaction with deals being forecast in the company sales forecasting application
  • Manage handover documentation for new business to share newly signed contract content with internal implementation and delivery teams
  • Act as gatekeeper to team inbox. Manage, update and close system raised tickets from the sales team related to sales operations support requests for new business transactions
  • Support and monitor the release and completion of Anti Money Laundering documentation and process
