Attributes and Experience Required:
  • Prior experience knowledge working with compliance and legal contracts and policies
  • Knowledge of global payroll provider environments desired but not essential
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to drive customer communication and build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will Include:
  • Primary responsibility for managing content and processes related to company Statement of Work and commercial Order Form documents
  • Responsible for driving commercial negotiations for customer contract renewals assuring timely contract closures
  • Responsible for management of one Sales Operations Specialist, including performance and development management
  • Owns calculation and preparation of customer annual price reviews
  • Responsible for review and approval of post contract amendments and addendums
  • Calculation of customer service level credits for application within the company’s service level agreements
  • Contract Signature Management including process improvements and responsible for system administration
  • Provide support to the Head of Sales Operations to ensure company and team initiatives and objectives are met
  • Manage adhoc queries from internal and external customers
