Position summary

Responsible for driving accurate and timely contract negotiations while providing a high level of customer support and partnering with the company’s internal stakeholders related to our existing customers.

  • Prior experience knowledge working with compliance and legal contracts and policies
  • Knowledge of global payroll provider environments desired but not essential

Essential Duties and responsibilities

  • Primary responsibility for managing content and processes related to the Statement of Work and commercial Order Form documents
  • Responsible for driving customer commercial negotiations for customer contract renewals assuring timely contract closures
  • Responsible for management of one Sales Operations Specialist, including performance and development management
  • Calculation and preparation of customer global contract annual price reviews, including customer negotiations, approvals and communications prior to release
  • Responsible for review and approval of customer contract amendments and addendums
  • Calculation of customer service level credits for application within the company’s service level agreements
  • Contract Signature Management – Streamlining of commercial documentation for audit and swift internal and customer signatures through the company dedicated document signature software application (DocuSign) Provide administration support on DocuSign processes
  • Provide support to the Head of Sales operations to ensure company and team initiatives and objectives are met.
  • Manage adhoc queries from internal and external customers
