We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Development Representative to play a key role in supporting the sales pipeline for CloudPay.

The Business Development objective is to meet annual revenue and unit plans. Candidates must have experience selling software and BPO services, primarily to small and mid sized companies. The Business Developer is responsible for sourcing prospects, managing inbound leads, qualifying prospects and leading the closing process. In this function, the Business Developer acts as a representative of the Company as well as a liaison between the prospect and internal CloudPay representatives.

Although Cloudpay solution for small mid market is standard, we know there no two equal prospects, so it is expected that the Business Developer will need ocasionally to partner with Pricing, Legal, Implementation and Operations throughout the lifecycle of a prospect to a customer. Business Developer location is flexible within the UK. We are open for the Business Developer to work-from-home and requiring limited travel as necessary for prospects, conferences or industry events.

Attributes and Experience Required:
  • Experience in selling SaaS technology and business services to small and mid sized multinational organizations, experience in the Human Capital Management sector, linked to payroll is a plus, but not required
  • Experience selling into global organizations preferred, but primarily focused on US HQ’s, with global footprints, with multiple influencers and decision-makers
  • Experience selling to HR, Finance and Accounting organizations
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities Will Include:
New Business
  • Handle sales cycles and present value of our enterprise SaaS global payroll applications
  • Prospect for potential new clients over phone and video conferencing and convert into new clients
  • Reach assigned activity plans
  • Follow-up and manage all assigned leads (from lead generation, web inquiries, third parties, etc.)
  • Prepare proposals that speak to the prospect’s needs, concerns, and objectives. Develop strategic selling approach for each prospect
  • Run demonstration meetings
  • Prepare pricing for approval
  • Attend industry functions as assigned and approved by management, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
  • Review weekly progress against sales plan and activity plan with sales leadership
  • Ensure own data is accurately entered and managed within CRM
  • Continue to manage and update your pipeline throughout the year
  • Support the response and development of any RFP’s & RFI’s assigned
  • Contribute to on-going sales and marketing department projects when assigned (e.g., change proposal structure, feedback to marketing on lead qualification)
