POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a high performing and passionate Sales Administrator to join our sales team in Andover.

This position will support trend and industry analysis, modelling and sales reports. This role will also support the EMEA VP of Sales. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Produce sales documents that will be used for department and board presentations
  • Help sales reps with industry and territory research analysis
  • Qualify prospects within our CRM system with the help of marketing and sales
  • Support sales reps with post event follow up with qualified prospects
  • Review CRM data to create a pipeline snapshot for the EMEA VP of Sales
  • Proactively ensure reps document relevant account activity within CRM
  • Actively participate in new business development planning sessions by collaborating within a team-based work environment
  • Provide administrative support to the EMEA VP of Sales such as travel and expenses 
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent desirable
  • Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of CRMs required (SalesForce or HubSpot)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize across multiple, competing projects
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven ability to problem solve and assume responsibility
  • Flexibility to travel as required by business needs
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high performance environment
