Our fast growing team in the UK is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator, maintains accurate sales records together with setting timely follow-ups using Hubspot CRM database and supporting EMEA VP of Sales with delivering KPI's, reports & dashboards to monitor performance and progression.

Attributes and Experience Required:

  • Experience of using CRM system
  • Experience of using various software applications
  • Proficient with Technology
  • Must have the ability to multitask proficiently and work well under pressure
  • High attention to detail and ability to achieve high levels of accuracy
  • Capable of working with minimum supervision
  • Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Confident in all methods of communication (phone, email, face to face)
  • Ability to prioritise and escalate when necessary
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Previous Sales Administration/ Sales department experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of marketing campaigns & activities is desirable

 

Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain accurate sales records together with setting timely follow-ups using Hubspot CRM database
  • Supporting EMEA VP of Sales with delivering KPI's, reports & dashboards to monitor performance and progression
  • Managing the allocation of inbound leads to the Enterprise sales team
  • Becoming the 'super user' for CRM system and other software and managing queries
  • Internal & external document quality control & communications
  • Creating all content required for Enterprise sales team meetings, global sales team meetings and other ad-hoc meetings
  • Facilitating the smooth running of the sales pipeline supporting the Enterprise sales team with all sales activities
  • Monitoring the progress of sales deals and ensuring that all documentation is up to date
  • Facilitating of all Prospect meetings in Andover office– room bookings, sundries & lunches
  • Supporting the Marketing team in delivering exhibitions, conferences & events as required
  • Support team through new and existing marketing collateral, marketing templates and assist with queries
  • Liaising with internal departments and supporting each as and when required throughout the sales process
  • Organising Sales Team events throughout the year
  • Adhoc administrative duties: Booking travel & accommodation, ordering stationery & marketing promotional items, couriers
