Responsible for supporting the Sales Operations Manager enabling high levels of service delivery with our internal and external customers. Provide operational and commercial support against all aspects related to the successful management and maintenance of our global contracts.

Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Review of contract documents ensuring data accuracy
  • Preparing customer documentation for global contract reviews
  • Support Sales Operations Manager in contract renewal drafting and negotiation activities
  • Management and tracking of all customer related contracts and documentation
  • Contract Signature management using DocuSign
  • Manage mailbox for Existing Customers
  • Deal with adhoc queries from internal and external customers
  • Support and contribute towards team objectives and process improvement initiatives
