As Project Coordinator you will have the opportunity to manage the implementation of customers payrolls. Utilizing your project management skills you will coordinate the activities / tasks amongst the project team ensuring on time delivery within budget constraints, scope of works and the CloudPay methodology for the successful delivery of payroll implementation projects globally. As you grow in your project management career the size and complexity of the implementations will adjust.

With the scope to nurture new ideas through innovation whilst motivating others encouraging adoption in the delivery of payroll.

Attributes and Experience Required:
  • Project Management certification, e.g. Prince 2, PMP, AMPProven client facing experience, excellent communication, and presentation skills to a Professional
  • International Business experience preferred
  • English Level
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritize workload, set and achieve goals / KPI’s
  • Understanding of software implementations, ideally payroll processing software
  • Proactive with strong decision-making skills
  • Ability of working within a matrix management environment
  • Competence with MS Office suite of software; knowledge of project planning software

Added bonus if you have:
  • Experience of HR / Payroll service delivery either from consulting or as Manager HR / Payroll service delivery
  • In country payroll setup experience

 

Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
  • Ensure on time delivery of projects to the defined Best Practice and agreed timescales in accordance with the CloudPay methodology
  • Through proactive and strong decision-making drive project progress, motivating team members, solving problems and unblocking issues
  • Create, maintain and monitor project plan and other project document / collateral
  • Assigning tasks and controlling schedules
  • Act as the principle point of contact for the client enabling the successful delivery of the project
  • Schedule and attend weekly calls to report on project status, identifying any risks, actions, issues and dependencies
  • Using scheduling tools and the implementation dashboard to plan project resource allocations Committed to delivering a high quality of service with a can-do attitude
  • Liaise with project stakeholders internally - Program Management / Project Management / Platform Configuration / Connectivity and Reporting and clients to support and drive the on-time delivery of the project
