Our fast growing team in Philippines is looking for an experienced Process Specialist, the main objective of the Special Project Vertical is to be a key player on any aspects related to CloudPay clients of the Small&Medium Market segment, that is from contract signature to client success, including: implementation, service and Service Partner alignment. The Sr. Manager Special Projects Vertical reports to the VP, Global Implementation.

 

The Process Specialist will report into the Sr. Manager Special Projects Vertical and will be part of a “SWAT” team to achieve process reviews, improvements and mainly setting up processes where this is set a priority in CloudPay. This “SWAT” initiative aims to help CloudPay expand its market by being key in transforming existing functions of our business.

 

Position Objective

  • To create, review and maintain the current process environment in respect of service delivery through our global service partners, making proposals for improvements and assisting in their implementation
  • To support the creation and extension of a process repository (QMS – Quality Management System)
  • To act always as a trigger for continuous improvement (CIC – Continuous Improvement Cycle)
  • To assist other teams to make and embed process changes, including acting as a quality support agent to advise departments on processes

Attributes and Experience Required

  • Black belt Six sigma certification and Lean experiences
  • Process definitions (CMM/ISO) and improvement techniques and a Quality background is key
  • Knowledge of SAS70/SOX quality approaches/certifications is advantageous
  • Experience with QA testing methodologies and QA process implementation
  • University degree or equivalent is desirable
  • Excellent Communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of multi-country payroll setup is advantageous
  • Experience In a Multinational Company Is Advantageous
  • Ability to prioritize workload, set and achieve goals
  • Deep experience in process management systems
  • Strong numerical, organizational and analytical skills

Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:

  • To setup, modify or extend the processes for CloudPay in such a way that the CloudPay organization is well defined and it supports the “SWAT” targets set within the CloudPay leadership team
  • Assisting our internal audit team to verify that the processes within CloudPay are in place and working effectively and are aligned with the set certification within the CloudPay organization
  • Assisting teams to deploy and apply best processes/practices
  • Coordinate the setup and maintenance of the tools used for the development, distribution and storage of CloudPay’s processes and procedures, ensuring ‘one-version of the truth’
  • Support (or lead if required) internal projects that are related to quality certifications (ISO, CMM, SAS70, ISAE e.o.)
  • Process creation, review, adjustment and delivery of any area in a QMS, that will be set by Vice President Client Experience based on the priorities set by the CloudPay leadership team
  • Development of quality and process performance KPIs with the assistance of the finance team
  • Report on monthly basis on all quality related topics to the Vice President Client Experience
