We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our Demand Generation Team and work collaboratively within the broader Marketing organisation to deliver exceptional lead generating campaigns and programmes. You’ll co-ordinate key elements to ensure successful implementation of a range of marketing tactics to achieve our strategic objectives.
The ideal have a solid marketing background and experience managing promotional projects comprising both outbound and inbound marketing. This role will require the candidate to be flexible, a team-player, and output driven with a strong sense of ownership.
This role will report directly to the Director of Demand Generation.

Attributes and Experience Required:
- Strong understanding of the full marketing lifecycle from planning, creative, digital production, and promotion project management and technologies
- Have a deep understanding of email marketing
- Have experience with testing, reporting and optimizing automated campaign activities
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong project management skills and a can-do attitude
- Proactive problem solver
- Self-driven, responsible, flexible team player and able to take ownership on projects
- Experience working with marketing agencies
- Deliver on marketing demand generation plans focused on new business
- Contribute to the ideation of demand generation initiatives and proactively contribute to campaign and programme planning
- Manage end-to-end projects for campaigns and programmes, ensuring timely delivery
- Execute on deliverables to support initiatives outsourced to demand gen agencies
- Collaborate with the content marketing team on development and delivery of marketing support materials for programs and campaigns
- Building, testing and deploying campaigns to support outbound marketing strategy, and boost email KPIs and conversion rates
- Work with and support PPC Manager on execution of paid social, paid search, SEO
- Support account-based marketing initiatives to build awareness, engagement and consideration
- Work with and support the Marketing Operations Associate to configure marketing automations in CRM, generate performance reports and undertake data analysis
- Prepare activity overviews and related sales enablement resources for the Sales Teams
