Our fast growing team in the UK is looking for an experienced Internal Recruitment Specialist. The role will identify, attract and shortlist candidates for all international recruitment efforts, supporting CloudPay’s continued growth as a leading global payroll solution.
The successful candidate will provide a first-class service to all applicants and hiring managers within EMEA and AMER regions and provide support to the Global Recruitment Manager.

Attributes and Experience Required:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within internal or service-based recruitment
  • Experience of using recruitment tools and internal systems (ATS)
  • Experience of candidate searching via different methods and job portals (LinkedIn, Reed, etc.)
  • Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Confident in all methods of communication (phone, email, face to face)
  • Self-motivated, tenacious and resilient
  • Driven and determined to achieve objectives
  • Ability to prioritise and escalate when necessary
  • Candidate-focused approach
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
  • Research, identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements
  • Write, place and update adverts in line with company procedures
  • Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate’s applications are processed efficiently
  • Provide first line support for all enquiries from candidates and hiring managers
  • Seek and provide feedback in a professional manner at all times to candidates
  • Accurate recording of candidate and client information on the recruitment database
  • Support and guide hiring managers with full recruitment processes
  • Plan and book video interviews for all vacancies you are managing
  • Support the Recruitment team with any additional needs as and when required
