The Implementation Service Partner Alignment Specialist is in charge on ensuring the implementation area is fully equipped to implement successfully the CP solutions with the related Service Partners.

The role will be part of the Implementation Special Projects vertical. It will require to work closely with other departments around the business (specially with Service Partner Team) to ensure the readiness of the Service Partners and Implementation teams.


All tasks there will be the target to continuously improve the delivery to clients achieving a stronger alignment of Service Partners, improving existing processes, tools and communications lines with implementation teams and helping to incubate new services.

Attributes and Experience Required:
  • Intermediate or higher education
  • Global Implementation experience is highly preferred 
  • Payroll knowledge: payroll and data structure, data exchange (in/out), mapping, connectivity and interfaces, payroll deliverables
  • Experience in working closely with international payroll partners
  • Working with cross-functional teams with different interests/goals
  • Preparing and delivering presentations
  • Project Manager / Program Manager type experience
  • Technical skills will be a plus

  • Ability to communicate at all levels internally and with clients, English language is manadatory
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to prioritize conflicting business needs

Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
  • Promote, monitor and enhance the Reporting Implementation Issues process
  • Support Implementation teams and Service Partner team to solve issues during the implementation phase
  • Manage the Implementation onboarding process for new Service Partners
  • Support the Service Partner (new and existing SPs) in order to ensure full alignment and the correct use of Cloud Pay implementation documents and templates. Ensure validation, sign-off distribution, and maintenance
  • Monitor the SP Issues Tracker in Monday.com and produce statistics and KPIs on a regular basis in order to ensure detailed information and full visibility into the process
  • Ensure the alignment of the Service Partner team with the Implementation teams
  • Attend follow-up meetings with the Service Partner team (Global, EMEA, Americas, AsiaPac).
  • Attend the meetings with Service Partners when required
  • Help the alignment with other verticals in Implementation to achieve best implementation approach and optimized processes to ensure continuous improvements in the teams
