This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team in a growing global company. This is a temporary position, is an office based role. No travel is required.

The primary functions of the role are:-
  • To support project teams in the implementation of new clients onto the CloudPay platform. As part of CloudPay’s payroll implementation team, the Implementation assistant will work closely with Implementation Consultants.
  • You will be responsible for performing some payroll system configuration and testing. This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Full training is provided for the role. CloudPay offer an excellent training package.

Attributes and Experience Required:
  • Experience in implementation of Payroll and/or HR solutions (Desirable)
  • Experience in service delivery and/or consultancy (Desirable)
  • Payroll processing experience (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of different international payrolls and statutory requirements (Desirable)
  • Competent with MS Office/Google suite of software

Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Configuration and set up of the CloudPay software to ensure that employees are paid accurately
  • Creating calendars outlining timelines of a payroll process
  • Strong inter-personal skills
  • Undertake training as required to keep up to date with company software improvements and department procedure requirements
  • Other Implementation task as required
