The Implementation Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring new customers have a positive and smooth on boarding process. The successful candidate will work within the wider project team to provide a first-class service to our customers.

Attributes and Experience Required:
  • Strong interpersonal skills to respond to customer requests effectively, being assertive where necessary when dealing with customer demands whilst maintaining a positive customer approach
  • Able to communicate at all levels; deal with customers, payroll partners, payment solution providers and internal colleagues via the telephone and email across multiple countries
  • Able to pay attention to detail
  • Assertive problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage own workload and work as part of a team to ensure all tasks are complete
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and ways of working
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel & Internet based software essential
  • Minimum of 5 GSCEs A - C, including Maths & English
  • A-levels preferred
  • Experience in implementation of SAAS/Payroll/Treasury advantageous (desirable)
  • Experience in process analysis and improvement (desirable)
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the Treasury Services are set up for all payrolls ready for go live
  • Working with project manager and other colleagues as well as external vendors and customer to ensure all tasks are completed according to the project plan
  • Attending and leading project meetings (internal and external) as required
  • Update project records as required
  • Outline standard scope of services with customer. Establish any out of scope requirements escalating as required
  • Establish employee bank details, and ensure configuration is carried out in order for them to be tested
  • Obtain details of statutory/third party payments from customers and ensure all configuration is completed with agreed timescales
  • Create calendar steps for the coming year to ensure all payments can be made in a timely manner
  • Facilitate smooth handover to the live Treasury Services team
