PPC Manager | Andover, UK

We are looking for a highly skilled PPC Manager to scale-up and drive our paid campaigns (search, social & display) and SEO activity. This is an exciting and new opportunity to play a key role in continually optimising and evolving our PPC and SEO channels to deliver growth in traffic, conversations and ROI.

Our ideal candidate is an expert in improving SERPs performance and managing pay-per-click campaigns across several platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube and more. This role will report directly to the Director of Demand Generation.

Attributes and Experience Required:
  • Extensive experience in performance marketing, including Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic Display,)
  • High level knowledge of the PPC marketing landscape, tools, vendors, and keen interest to keep track of new developments
  • Deep knowledge of paid search engine advertising tools (Google, Bing, Yahoo) and bid management systems
  • In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn advertising and other Paid Social channels (such as Youtube & Twitter)
  • Excellent understanding of social ads management tools
  • A proven background in SEO and latest algorithm thinking, tactics and best-practice
  • Experience using PPC/SEO tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Pagespeed Insights, AccuRanker, Moz, Ahrefs, SEMRush
  • Proficient in MS Excel and experience of using Hubspot is desirable
  • Commercially minded, analytical and proactive
  • Excellent communication skills across a variety of stakeholder levels
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
  • Create, deploy and optimise Paid Search, Paid Social and Display campaigns across multiple channels to support growth marketing strategy
  • Optimising paid search and leveraging programmaticdisplay including keyword portfolio development, bid adjustment, testing & iterating, audience building, remarketing, ad copy creation and landing page optimisation
  • Develop and execute paid social campaigns, testing and setting up automation across key social media platforms
  • Constantly devising new experiments to find growth areas
  • Monitoring, tracking and evaluating PPC campaign performance, based on KPI targets including CTR, CPC, CPL and conversion rates
  • Conducting technical SEO analysis with a focus on search rankings, search terms, backlinking, competitor SEO benchmarking, and recommendations to improve website content
  • Keeping up to date with PPC best practices, bid management systems, keyword development tools and digital marketing technology
  • Constantly developing our digital strategy with a test and learn approach, implementing new technologies where appropriate to drive qualified traffic to relevant websites
