Our fast growing global HR team is looking for an experienced administrator to take on a wide variety of tasks and provide support. The ideal candidate will work closely with the HRIS & Projects Specialist and the Vice President of Human Resources to organise and administrate the further development of the global company culture and data analytics of the HRIS system (SAGE People/Salesforce).

Attributes and Experience Required:

  • Experience providing a variety of administrative support
  • Keen eye for detail and good data analysis skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Capacity to understand the impact to the business and to the employees
  • Customer-focused attitude, with a high-level of professionalism and discretion
  • Proven project planning and development skills and the ability to prioritize end user requests
  • Flexible and able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
  • High level of confidentiality experience
  • Excellent Microsoft Office applications in general (particularly Word, Powerpoint and Excel), with proven ability to learn new technologies
  • Desirable, experience in report administration
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:

HR Administration:
  • Assist the Vice President of Human Resources with ad-hoc requests
  • Provide back-up support for the UK & EMEA HR Team
  • Support ad-hoc projects and global initiatives as required
Data Management and Reporting:
  • Conduct regular audits of data to ensure accurate employee data is maintained
  • Generate accurate and detailed reports for the HR Team and other functions
  • Provide basic technical support
  • Assist the HRIS & Projects Specialist during testing and implementation of new features within the HRIS
Culture Administration:
  • Facilitate project plans, setting benchmarks, effectively communicating with appropriate individuals and meeting deadlines
  • Coordinate with other business functions to build and produce items for a variety of projects
  • Organising Leadership Town Halls
  • Implementing and running a CloudPay merchandise store
