HR Business Partner | Philippines

Position Summary 
CloudPay is seeking a HR Business Partner based in the Philippines to provide support for a wide variety of human resource functions including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration. The HR Business Partner will advise employees in HR practices which includes policies and procedures, employee handbook and other related regulatory or legal subjects.

Essential Duties and responsibilities

  • Develop an understanding of culture and structure to effectively partner with and support the organization
  • Responds to employee relations issues
  • Provides input to develop and improve existing company policies, procedures and documentation
  • Participates in pre-boarding, onboarding and new hire activities, and ensure completion of all necessary new hire paperwork
  • Provides support for end-to-end employee life cycle
  • Participates in offboarding activities which includes exit interview and clearance
  • Administer and coordinate trainings for internal stakeholders
  • Coordinates with third-party vendors including payroll and HMO provider
  • Responsible for Philippines payroll administration and assist employees with payroll related inquiries
  • Complies with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; advising on any required actions
  • Support day-to-day HR operations
Position Specifications 
  • Degree in HR or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years HR generalist experience required
  • Good knowledge of labor code and practices in the Philippines
  • Work independently and possess problem solving skills
  • Flexible and able to work effectively in high pressure environment
  • High level of confidentiality experience
