CloudPay is seeking a HR Administrator based in Philippines to provide administration support for our PH & APAC offices as well as support the global team where required. The HR Administrator will work closely with the HR Manager and support other functions in the HR team to ensure the business and employees are fully supported throughout the employee life-cycle. This includes the on-boarding & probation processes, HR policies & practices, PH & APAC employment laws, day to day support on HR queries. The successful incumbent needs to be capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment and with tight deadlines

Attributes and Experience Required:
  • Degree in HR or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing HR generalist support
  • Broad knowledge of human resources functions, key drivers, challenges, processes from onboarding to offboarding
  • Good knowledge of PH employment/labour laws including but not limited to those related to compensation & benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, etc.)
  • Has working knowledge in other APAC payroll and statutory laws and regulations
  • Experience in using an HR system or any HR/Payroll software is preferred
  • Excellent Microsoft Office applications in general (particularly Word, Powerpoint and Excel), with proven ability to learn new technologies
  • People person with excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Timely responsiveness to internal and external inquiries
  • Team player who can collaborate with other teams in the organization
  • Must be willing to work in Makati, Philippines
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
Data Management and Reporting
  • Manage administrative processes for joiners, leavers and other contract amendments to ensure all employee information and reporting is accurately and securely provided
  • Maintain and update accurate data in all HR and Payroll Systems with care, sensitivity and utmost confidentiality
HR Operations
  • Execute key HR processes such as onboarding and offboarding in adherence to company’s operational excellence standards
  • Assist with audit, payroll, government-mandated and company-initiated benefits program in the Philippines with a consistent and standardized approach
  • Provide day-to-day support to employees in various HR-related topics such as attendance reporting, holiday/sickness leave processes, compensation and benefits and resolve any issues that may arise and effectively escalate to HR Manager as necessary
Engagement and Projects
  • Assist company-wide events and engagement activities that will promote healthy culture and high performance
  • Support ad-hoc projects and global initiatives as required
