NetSuite Financial Systems Lead | Andover, UK

This role sits within the Finance department reporting to the Group Financial Controller and providing support to the rest of the Finance team.

The primary purpose of the role will be to have overall responsibility for the NetSuite ERP ensuring it’s fit for purpose, scalable and best in class. Together with the Concur expense system and touchpoints/integrations with other CloudPay processes and systems.

There will be a high level of departmental collaboration, with this role, specifically as we build out the systems roadmap across our businesses, and scale for continued high growth. We’ll need a full suite of solutions and applications that seamlessly integrate. This role will be a key part of that cross functional systems team as we continue to integrate/interface NetSuite with our core Cloudpay applications, Apptus/Conga and others and go through a billing transformation project.

Attributes and Experience Required:
  • Strong experience in administering, supporting and improving finance systems
  • NetSuite experience is a distinct advantage
  • Finance background (ideally qualified/part-qualified)
  • Project management and system implementation
  • Good Excel skills

Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
  • Managing one member of staff
  • Overall responsibility for the NetSuite ERP system:
o Relationship with NetSuite
o Primary systems administrator
o Users and roles setup and maintenance
o User training
o Internal T1 systems support
o Implementation of new modules, upgrades, interfaces etc.
  • Overall responsibility for the Concur employee expenses system (supplier relationship and systems administration/maintenance)
  • Implementation and ownership of any new financial systems and/or touchpoints between other systems and those used by the finance department
