The document writer will report into the Vice President Client Experience and will be part of a “SWAT” team to help achieve process reviews, improvements and mainly setting up the full documentation. This “SWAT” initiative aims to help CloudPay to expand its market by transforming the existing functions of the business rather than creating new ones. The Vice president for Client Experience Small Business will report to the COO Small Business and will be responsible for all aspect related to clients of the small business segment, that is from contract signature to client success, including: implementation, service and Service Partner alignment. The document writer is the main point of contact for creating, maintaining managing the internal process documentation and will indirectly support the quality organization.

Position objective:

  • To create, review, maintain and deploy any documentation set by the “SWAT” team.
  • To realize the creation of documentation for quality purposes (QMS – Quality Management System)
  • To act from time to time as a quality support agent to advise departments on documentation

Attributes and Experience Required:

  • Able to work on own initiative and to meet agreed deadlines
  • Deep experience in the documentation of processes
  • Knowledge of CMM/ISO or other quality theories is an advantage
  • Process documentation capabilities and improvement techniques linked with a Quality background are key
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Excellent Communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • University degree or equivalent is desirable
  • Knowledge of multi-country payroll setup is advantageous
  • Experience in a multinational company is advantageous
  • Yellow belt Six sigma (lean experience) certification is advantageous

Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • To setup, modify or extend the documentation for CloudPay in such a way that the CloudPay organization is well defined and it supports the “SWAT” targets set within CloudPay
  • Responsible for documentation of processes, procedures and controls defined within the “SWAT” team
  • To setup and/or maintain the process handbook that will reflect all the documented processes in the CloudPay Organization
  • Participate in or support internal projects that are related to documentation for the defined quality certifications (ISO, CMM, SAS70, SOX, ISAE e.o.)
  • Documentation creation, review, adjustment and delivery of to any area that will be set by Vice President Client Experience
  • Report on monthly basis on all quality documentation related topics to the Vice President Client Experience
  • Collaborate strongly with the process specialist, also part of the “SWAT” team
