An East Coast US based new role to support our sales team's activities across the Americas. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that the commercial requirements of our deals are reflected in our sales contracts.

Attributes and Experience Required:

  • Prior knowledge working with compliance and legal contracts and policies
  • Commercial awareness of key pricing concepts
  • Detail Orientated – Proof Reading
  • Ability to drive customer communication and build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise multiple workstreams
  • Project management
  • Self-motivated and able to work as an individual contributor and as a part of a team

Other Skills (not essential but beneficial)

  • Knowledge of global payroll provider environments
  • Knowledge of CPQ and CLM tools

Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Work with Sales and Solutions teams to understand proposals made to prospective customers and to assist with addendums and amendments for existing customers
  • Work alongside Sales managers to manage the contracting process to completion:
  • Negotiate commercial terms within that documentation as required, working alongside US legal
  • Review of additional customer requirements and specific tailored solutions including obtaining updated pricing and internal approvals for the same (e.g. Infosec, Technology, finance, service levels)
  • Update agreements as necessary to reflect such changes and produce final, clean agreed documentation in contract management system
  • Support signature process
  • Assist with meeting necessary compliance requirements:
  • Ensure NDA’s completed and filed for all new prospects
  • Work with UK compliance team to support satisfactory completion of anti-money laundering documentation prior to signature of contracts
  • Manage handover to implementation team
  • Template changes
  • Continuously improve SOW and Order Form documentation in light of internal and customer feedback
  • Assisting with continuous improvement projects/documentation
