Supporting the head of content marketing, the Content Marketing Manager will thrive in a dynamic environment. Attributes and Experience Required:

  • With at least 4/5 years of content marketing and project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage content marketing across a number of channels and mediums: specialisms in web, virtual events, and/or multichannel campaigns preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree (Journalism, Communications or Digital Marketing) preferred
  • Clear and precise communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong editing, proofreading, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and hard deadlines
  • Extremely organized with high standards – you are a brand guardian
  • Ambitious self-starter with proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proactive, flexible, creative thinker with problem-solving skills – ability to anticipate problems.


Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing content to power CloudPay's marketing efforts
  • Example activities involve executing multichannel content campaigns, virtual events, and website projects
  • Working across a number of content marketing channels, such as paid social media, organic social media, editorial, web, landing pages, emails
  • Developing B2B marketing content across the buyer’s journey, using working knowledge of marketing software products such as Hubspot and Google Analytics
  • Involvement and execution of a brand refresh rollout
  • Working with teams to create powerful PowerPoint slides, implementing design brand features, and writing concise headlines.
