Ensuring the successful day-to-day operations of payroll integrations, from a variety of HR Information systems, to the CloudPay platform. Supporting implementation and testing of newly configured integrations prior to go-live to ensure they are ready to feed live data.
The role is office-based.

Attributes and Experience Required:
  • Background in an IT/technology related role or organisation
  • Dealing with customers via phone and email


  • Experience / Qualifications with various HR systems
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Familiarity with Google Drive & Docs
  • Experience working with XML

  • Communicate effectively with people at all levels
  • Effective problem solving with a drive to see problems through to resolution
  • Ability to communicate at all levels internally and with clients
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will Include:
  • Monitor & track live payroll integrations to ensure auditability
  • Initiate and support the Error Resolution Process with the client when live files contain errors
  • Support testing of new interface implementations and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained, prior to using the interface to supply live payroll data.
  • Help steer and test the development of new systems supporting the integration to ensure their operational effectiveness
