Attributes and Experience Required:
- Excellent Communicator
- Extensive experience in using ZenDesk or other similar ticketing systems
- Experience in working in a service support role
- Experience in the Fintech / Payments market is preferred
- Willing to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to solve problems and communicate findings pro-actively
- A keen eye for detail
- Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and ways of working
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
- Act as the single point of liaison for support chat queries within the CloudPay Now Application
- Provide outstanding customer support
- Work with all CloudPay teams to identify, resolve and communicate any issues / disputes back to clients effectively
- Assisting the Operations & Implementations manager in working to strict deadlines to ensure all payments are paid
- Ensuring all client queries are escalated or resolved within given SLAs
- Maintenance of process documentation as required
- Working alongside Operations & Implementations Manager to ensure the onboarding of customers is done correctly
- Working alongside management to ensure all process, audit and compliance is followed to a high standard
