Attributes and Experience Required:
  • Excellent Communicator
  • Extensive experience in using ZenDesk or other similar ticketing systems
  • Experience in working in a service support role
  • Experience in the Fintech / Payments market is preferred
  • Willing to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to solve problems and communicate findings pro-actively
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and ways of working


Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
  • Act as the single point of liaison for support chat queries within the CloudPay Now Application
  • Provide outstanding customer support
  • Work with all CloudPay teams to identify, resolve and communicate any issues / disputes back to clients effectively
  • Assisting the Operations & Implementations manager in working to strict deadlines to ensure all payments are paid
  • Ensuring all client queries are escalated or resolved within given SLAs
  • Maintenance of process documentation as required
  • Working alongside Operations & Implementations Manager to ensure the onboarding of customers is done correctly
  • Working alongside management to ensure all process, audit and compliance is followed to a high standard
