The Business Process & Systems Manager (OTC) will assist in enabling change within Cloudpay by defining needs & recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.  The successful candidate will facilitate change and improve business systems, processes, strategies tools and software.  Acting as the liaison between Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Payroll and Finance the overall aim is to conduct a holistic investigation into Cloudpay’s systems, identify its needs, develop and implement technological solutions, create documentation, and provide ongoing support, training and maintenance.

Attributes and Experience Required:

  • Experience in working with Sales, Marketing and Operational teams with focus on sales enablement
  • Innovative and positive when driving change, bringing people on board, and balancing operational and financial priorities
  • Deadline-driven individual with experience in change management, process improvement, and ability to influence multiple stakeholders to achieve success
  • Great educational background, preferably in the fields of Accounting/Finance, business analytics or management information systems
  • Expert in the use of Microsoft & Google business tools
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking & creative problem solving
  • Experience in project management & project management tools & exposure to CPQ, CLM & CRM systems
  • General knowledge of pricing, pricing strategies and software
  • Solid technical background, with understanding of SAAS software configuration and implementation

Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will Include:

  • Subject Matter Expert of CPQ & CLM Solution
  • Train, provide guidance and advise existing and new Cloudpay employee’s on how to use the CPQ and CLM Solution
  • Design Develop and continuously review and update training material/user guides and documentation including business process flows
  • Assist in driving business continuous improvement sessions with Business Subject Matter Experts
  • Develop User Acceptance Test Strategy, test scenario’s and test plans
  • Administer Sandbox Environments, and Co-ordinate migration of the solution to the Production environment
  • Manage all change management activities within the CloudPay CPQ & CLM configured solution including but not limited to data table updates, configuration, CRM activities, user creation and deactivation
  • Support CRM and CPQ project managers and SME’s when required
  • Regular Price, Cost and Margin reviews and Analysis
  • Design and Develop business KPI dashboards and reports to track benefit’s and communicate performance of the overall quote to cash process
