CloudPay Business Analyst interprets business requirements for our customers during the implementation in collaboration with other Project Managers (PMs), Implementation Consultants (ICs) and Interface Specialists (IS) to ensure the successful deployment of payroll connectivity through integration including absences, benefits among others as well as customised bank files / reports and general ledgers.

The Business Analyst will report into the CloudPay Implementation Organisation and will be part of the Global Implementation Organisation ensuring the delivery of custom reports to customers. This Business Analyst aims to implement the customers in an effective and client friendly way under the coordination of the project manager.”

Attributes and Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of business analyst experience in a global service delivery environment
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills with the ability to “think outside the box”
  • Proven knowledge in a payroll related field delivering to external clients
  • Proven experience with data mining and data analytics for dashboard reports development
  • Functional knowledge of some of the toolset - Workday; SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Ultimate, XML, Boomi, eBenefits and Sisense Business Intelligence technology stack
  • General ledger understanding
  • Ability to prioritize workload, set and achieve goals
  • International Business experience preferred
  • Degree in a related field is desirable

Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:

  • To stand at the CloudPay expert who is able elicit the scope of works through various requirements gathering methods including facilitation workshops for interfaces and customised reports related to payroll connectivity
  • Develop proposals of technical solutions that are aligned to the customer requirements
  • Confident in your ability to perform in complex engagements, working across the connectivity and reporting backlog and autonomously as a business analyst.
  • Identify how the customer uses technology and what their goals are in line with identified requirements for customised bank files, reports, general ledgers and benefits on global connectivity and reporting projects across many countries
  • Present and record documentation for relevant technical solutions including test scenarios
  • Manage the balance between customer expectations and delivering projects to their original specification
  • Understand the use of each of the implementations toolset and interfaces as they grow – Workday; SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Ultimate, XML, Boomi, eBenefits and SiSense platform among others
  • Assisting in the knowledge sharing of CloudPay Analytics internally as well as our customers and partners - SiSense platform
  • Assess automated reports in CloudPay analytics to ensure correct delivery
  • To solve potential development related issues that may prevent the satisfactory and timely completion of the local or regional implementation
  • Working together to optimize on-time delivery and quality for our implementations
  • Ability to identify and champion areas for improvement work with others to identify areas for improvement and simplify processes
