The Billing Specialist will be a key role within the finance team responsible for generating customer invoices for the EMEA and Americas regions each month and resolving any queries that may arise thereon.

Attributes and Experience Required:
  • Experience in invoicing/billing
  • Basic understanding of VAT and US Sales tax and how it works across countries
  • Price awareness in relation to the invoice process
  • Good Excel skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service skills
  • Experience of dealing with multi currency's and exchange rates preferred
  • Experience of NetSuite an advantage but not essential
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Generation of customer invoices for the EMEA and Americas regions
  • Liaison with customers, dealing with queries efficiently and effectively
  • Liaison internally with the wider finance and operational teams on customer invoicing matters
  • Reconciling customer accounts
  • Setting up new customers on the NetSuite finance system
  • Update of customer ‘items’ within NetSuite that drive customer billing
