Associate Product Trainer | San Jose, Costa Rica

Our fast growing team in Costa Rica is looking for an experienced Product Trainer, this position will involve teaching both customers and internal employees. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role working with the various teams within CloudPay to ensure the quality of our training delivery.

“Associate Product Trainer, this role presents an opportunity for a motivated candidate to participate in, and contribute to the growth of the organization and success of the business. No knowledge of our products is required. This role will report to the regional Product Trainer. "

Attributes and Experience Required:
  • With at least 3 years experience in Product/Content Training, HRIS or Payroll with system training
  • Experience in Learning & Development and Onboarding training is a plus
  • Exceptional written English communication, teaching and presentation skills
  • Excellent, coaching, interpersonal skills and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail
  • Ability to think critically and draw from several resources to create simple, unified, persuasive output
  • Project management qualification or experience is preferred
  • Educational content creation (HTML, LMS management, Fuse) will be beneficial
  • Creative (image editing, photography, filming, graphic design, video editing) will be beneficial
  • Additional language or languages are advantageous.

 

Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
  • Professionally train clients and partners both in person and via video conferencing
  • Train new starters and run internal training of our new products and features
  • Generate high quality learning materials in a range of media
  • Work with subject matter experts to plan training
  • Work as an admin in our Learning Management System
  • Schedule and organize training sessions.
