Our fast-growing team in China are looking for an experienced Associate Payroll Specialist who can bring their own unique energy and enthusiasm to work with multi-national companies in the APAC region in order to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Attributes and Experience Required:
  • Minimum diploma with payroll/HR or Accounting experience
  • Preferably with 1 to 2 years' of hands-on payroll experience, Entry Level candidates with no experience will also be considered
  • Experience in regional payroll will be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Systematic and analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Good attention to detail
  • Energetic and able to work under pressure and independently
  • Able to prioritize own workload
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of payroll regulations and statutory requirements
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Perform monthly payroll processing for clients in China
  • Perform social contributions in accordance with local statutory and company policies
  • Handle all payroll matters and queries from clients on a timely manner
  • Perform payroll reconciliation
