Responsibility for providing Administrative support to the Supplier Relationship Team.

Attributes and Experience Required:
  • Extremely organised and able to proactively prioritise and manage competing workload demands
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Office; able to produce high quality documents
  • Able to drive things forward both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with people at all levels and with contacts across the world
  • Strong & effective verbal and written communication skills; strong numeracy
  • Prior experience of the following would also be an advantage:
  • working in a global &/or technology environment
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Scheduling meetings on behalf of the Supplier Relationship Team, including external international attendees
  • Being a professional point of contact for internal and external (supplier) stakeholders
  • Ownership of supplier database and associated document storage
  • Issue, follow-up, storage and recording of new contracts
  • Support to Supplier Relationship Managers as required, including reviews and new supplier sourcing
  • Supporting the identified business functions with the timely execution of programmes of work and change initiatives
  • Assisting with other ad hoc duties as required
