Accounts Receivable and Payable Administrator | Andover, UK

The Accounts Receivable and Payable administrator will be the key role for collecting payment from CloudPay’s global EMEA and AMER region customers as well as managing the invoices received from our worldwide Service Partners.

This role would suit someone looking to progress in a finance career and study packages may be available for someone looking to achieve a professional finance qualification (e.g. AAT)

Attributes and Experience Required:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • A good team player with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Customer service skills
  • Knowledge and experience of accounts receivable
  • Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
  • Experience of dealing with multicurrency’s and exchange rates preferred
  • Experience of NetSuite an advantage but not essential

 

Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Credit control for the EMEA and AMER region including phone calls to customers to ensure prompt payment
  • Booking receipts onto NetSuite
  • Effective constant chasing of overdue debt
  • Help investigate and resolve customer queries
  • Checking and booking invoices received from our worldwide Service Partners
  • Monthly forecasting of cash receipts
  • Support general ledger accounting for smaller European subsidiaries
