Reflecting on 2013 and Looking Toward the Future

Since we began over 15 years ago, CloudPay has been singularly focused on providing multi-national organizations with the tools and technology to enhance the way they compensate their global employee base. This mission has been an ongoing journey, and it will never end. Each year brings new challenges to our clients – such as complying with the rapidly changing regulatory environments of the world – and we remain vigilant, continuing to update our solutions and develop new ones that best meet their needs.

Our goal is to provide the most innovative global payroll management platform on the market, and we see that this is what the market wants; we have seen our business grow considerably year to year; and, last year was no exception. In 2013 we built great momentum, expanding our client base, receiving industry recognition and bringing further innovation to the market. We will build upon the momentum gained throughout 2013 and achieve further growth in 2014 and beyond.

Among our greatest achievements was increasing our annual growth by 40 percent, due to our welcoming of a significant number of new clients eager to transform their global payroll processes. And just as our clients have expanded to all corners of the globe, it is only natural that we grow along with them. That is why we have expanded our presence in Brazil by opening a new office in São Paulo. As the Brazilian market continues to grow and attract international investment, and we have invested along with our local partner Apdata to provide our solutions to the increasing number of companies doing business there. I plan on visiting regularly as we scale our business there, and 2014 sees other incentives to do so too!

Our success in 2013 was also due to our latest innovation, developed in conjunction with Western Union Business Solutions. By introducing our automated payroll payment solution, we enable a unified approach for all global payroll payments, tracking activities and data management. Combined with the expansion of our in-house payroll processing capabilities, now in 17 countries, we are the only global payroll provider to offer a true hybrid model that ensures our clients can deliver accurate, timely and compliant compensation to their employees anywhere in the world.

As the payroll environment continues to evolve, our mission has been to stay on top of these changes and ensure a seamless global payroll process for our clients. Indeed, it is our very ability to keep up with the changing landscape and help our clients navigate the path to payroll optimization that has led to our success in 2013. As 2014 will no doubt bring even more change, CloudPay is positioned to achieve additional growth and bring new innovations to the market.
